Qualifications

• Experience leading church staff and operations in a nonprofit setting.
• Ordination required; Master of Divinity or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to translate vision into strategic plans and outcomes.
• Commitment to biblical stewardship and discipleship.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff oversight, development, and alignment with church priorities.
• Oversee administrative operations, facilities, technology, and security.
• Develop and oversee the church-wide discipleship strategy and pathways.
• Partner with the Senior Pastor to translate vision into goals, plans, and accountability.
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial stewardship in coordination with committees.
