Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preaching and teaching: Prepare and deliver biblically sound sermons; teach sound doctrine; administer baptism and the Lord's Supper; encourage discipleship and Bible study.
• Shepherding and pastoral care: Provide spiritual leadership; visit the sick and homebound; offer biblical counseling; pray for the church family.
• Leadership and administration: Work with Elders to set vision; supervise staff and ministry leaders; support ministries and missions.
• Community outreach: Lead evangelism and community engagement; represent Grace Baptist Church locally; encourage members to share faith and serve.
