Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Milford, Connecticut, is seeking a Senior Pastor to oversee all church ministries, including preaching on Sundays and teaching on Wednesday nights. Job description

The Sr. Pastor is responsible for all church ministries. See website for list of ministries (gbcmilford.com). He is also expected to preach on Sunday, and teach on Wed Night Family Night Ministry. We average about 150-200 on Sunday. We are looking for a biblically sound dynamic preacher and teacher with proven track record. We are also looking to grown thru evangelistic outreach and the development of children’s and family ministries.

Requirements: at least 3 years experience in church leadership; M.Div. preferred.

Salary from $50,000-$70,000 depending upon experience; parsonage and benefits.
