• Completed seminary training or equivalent theological education.
• Minimum of two years in vocational pastoral ministry.
• Must reside in or relocate to the Ramona area.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach regularly during Sunday worship services and mid-week Bible studies.
• Conduct funeral and wedding ceremonies as needed.
• Provide pastoral counseling to individuals and families.
• Visit members in hospitals, nursing homes, and care settings for prayer and support.
• Oversee church office administration, finances, facilities, and ministry operations.
• Lead and support the Elder Board and foster shared leadership.
• Maintain a consistent presence in the church office to assist staff and members.
