• Gentle and good behavior towards people (Prov 3:30; 2 Timothy 2:24, 1 Timothy 3:4-5).
• Good example in family, stewardship, and spiritual walk (1 Timothy 3:4-5).
• Places great emphasis on care of the church (1 Thessalonians 3:10, Acts 20:31).
• Discipler who helps produce leaders (2 Timothy 2:2).
