Located in San Diego/Poway area, BCEW offers parts sales and service solutions across a broad range of industries, including data centers, healthcare, and government sectors.

The role focuses on growing wholesale parts sales, managing key accounts, and coordinating order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales, inside sales, account management, customer service, or parts sales.
• Read and interpret documents to determine part stock numbers and prices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Great Plains software preferred.
• California Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow wholesale parts sales through existing and new customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities and follow up on quotes to increase revenue.
• Develop new accounts and expand sales within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with contractors, dealers, service companies, and wholesale customers.
• Source and procure parts; coordinate order fulfillment; support inventory accuracy.
• Process returns and manage warehouse/shipping activities as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers with regular communication.
