Qualifications

• Five or more years of dealership Parts Manager experience required.
• Volkswagen/Audi experience or European import experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Proven history of driving profitability while maintaining customer and employee satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the dealership Parts Department.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, stocking, pricing, and obsolescence.
• Support Service Department with parts availability.
• Coordinate with Sales for reconditioning needs.
• Develop and coach Parts Advisors and staff to meet goals.
• Build relationships with technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor gross profit, inventory turns, fill rates, and expenses.
• Maintain Volkswagen standards and dealership procedures.
• Use reporting tools to improve productivity and profitability.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and customer service.
