McDaniels Volkswagen in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and drive profitability in a full-service Volkswagen dealership. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence while supporting Service and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience.
• VW/ Audi or European import experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory management, purchasing, and financial performance.
• Track record of profitability with customer and employee satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, stocking, pricing, and obsolescence.
• Support Service with parts availability.
• Partner with Sales for vehicle reconditioning needs.
• Develop and coach Parts Advisors and staff.
• Build relationships with technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor KPIs: gross profit, inventory turns, fill rates, expenses.
• Maintain Volkswagen standards and dealership procedures.
• Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve productivity and profitability.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and customer service.
