Job description

Few&Far is working with a Series A startup that is redefining how organisations listen, learn, and act through meaningful, scalable conversations powered by human facilitation and AI‑driven insights. We serve forward‑thinking enterprise customers eager to elevate talent strategy, employee engagement, and organisational intelligence.

About the Company

Our client is the first AI voice platform for enterprise employee listening, enabling real‑time, voice‑led conversations at scale instead of static surveys. Already used by some of the world's largest companies, the platform has raised $25m to date and is about to launch a real‑time Conversational AI Voice Agent for the workforce, turning thousands of live conversations into actionable insight for strategy, culture, and go‑to‑market decisions.

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Partner Manager to lead growth through the company's consultancy partner ecosystem. You'll be responsible for deepening engagement with existing strategic partners, driving adoption of the platform into their client engagements, and identifying and onboarding new consultancy partners who can extend reach into enterprise accounts. This is a role combining hands‑on partner management with channel strategy and business development.

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with the company's consultancy partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Drive adoption of the platform within partner‑led client engagements, working alongside partner teams to identify where the platform fits into active pursuits and delivery work
  • Build and maintain relationships at Partner, Managing Director, and Practice Lead level within consultancy organisations
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new consultancy partners aligned to the ICP (HR/People transformation, culture, workforce strategy practices)
  • Develop joint go‑to‑market plans with partners, including co‑selling motions, enablement, and demo/pitch support for partner client teams
  • Lead regular partner business reviews showcasing pipeline, usage, and joint account traction
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams to build partner enablement materials and ensure quality delivery on joint engagements
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including commercial terms and MOUs
  • Serve as voice of the partner ecosystem to inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and with key partner executives
  • Contribute to overall channel/partnership strategy and best practices
Experience

The successful candidate will have a strong track record building and scaling partnerships with large global consultancies or similar channel organisations.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), partnerships/alliances, or enterprise sales with a channel focus
  • Proven track record building consultancy or systems‑integrator partnerships that generated influenced or sourced revenue at scale
  • Experience navigating large consulting firm structures — practice leads, partners, delivery teams — and knowing how to get embedded in their pursuits
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand both partner economics and end‑client strategic priorities
  • Consultative approach with a focus on land‑and‑expand models through a partner channel rather than direct sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience structuring partnership/MOU agreements
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross‑functional internal teams (CS, product, marketing) in service of partner success
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution — comfortable running the relationship and getting into the weeds of a specific pursuit
  • Experience with partner/channel planning frameworks and joint go‑to‑market motions
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, credible in a room with consulting partners
  • Proficiency with Hubspot/Attio or similar CRM platforms
