Job summary

Tencent Games is seeking a senior partnerships leader to own and deepen relationships with major Western gaming partners. This role requires opening doors at the executive level, shaping long-term strategic collaborations, and representing Tencent credibly with senior decision-makers.

You will work across studios, publishing, investment and legal teams to land and deliver on commitments, while feeding strategic market insights back to the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in gaming, consulting or banking with gaming exposure
• Proven ability to open doors with C-suite executives
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own senior-level relationships with platform and publisher partners, acting as primary contact up to the C-suite
• Identify, shape and drive strategic partnership opportunities end-to-end
• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and deal priorities
• Represent Tencent Games at industry events and executive forums
