Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and support the development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs for our clients. This role blends hybrid remote work with on-site collaboration and reports to a Lead, Partnership Management.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality assessment products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with contract specifications

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing, preferably certification and licensing.
• Experience managing project & program contracts.
• 3 years in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff activities in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in support of the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders.
• Meet with leadership to review status and planning.
• Represent client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
• Participate in proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work as needed.
• Apply testing and measurement knowledge to design and implement tests meeting professional standards.
• Inform product and service development through client insights.
