Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management in a hybrid work model. The role supports the development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs for our clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams to design and implement assessment products and services and work with clients to grow programs to meet their needs. The position reports to a Lead, Partnership Management and requires travel up to 25% to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs.
• Experience supervising staff and managing contracts.
• 3+ years in educational testing/assessment preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with Pearson processes and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads functional areas in partnership management programs and supports leadership.
• Coordinates development, administration and scoring of large-scale assessments.
• Maintains client relationships and manages expectations and communications.
• Supports proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Provides regular status updates to the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Ensures quality control and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Translates client needs into product and service improvements.
