Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management in a hybrid US role. You will help design and grow large-scale assessment programs, coordinating with internal teams and external clients to meet program goals and client needs.

You will oversee development, administration, and scoring activities, maintain client communications, and support proposals and contracts to ensure high-quality products and services. This is a leadership-focused, cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy or assessment, or related field.
• Experience in management of large-scale testing, certification or licensing.
• Experience directing staff activities and managing contracts.
• Strong written/oral communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development, administration, and scoring for large-scale assessment programs.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships with state education agencies and partners.
• Ensure program activities align with goals, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide regular status updates and oversee work plans and deliverables.
• Advise clients on product and service development and manage expectations.
