What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys creating partnerships that deliver real value for customers, partners and the business. You understand how technology ecosystems work and know how to turn opportunities into long-term, successful partnerships that support growth.

You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, leading commercial discussions and bringing people together across different teams. You combine strategic thinking with a practical approach, helping partners succeed while keeping a clear focus on results.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Define and develop the partnerships strategy for the Accommodation division, identifying new opportunities that grow revenue, expand market reach and strengthen our partner ecosystem.

  • Build and manage relationships with technology partners, resellers, referral partners and strategic alliances, acting as the main point of contact and driving mutual success.

  • Lead partnership onboarding, enablement and joint business planning, ensuring partners have the tools, knowledge and support they need to represent our solutions effectively.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Support teams to deliver successful partner programmes, generate pipeline and measure commercial performance.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working in hospitality technology, property management software or a related software as a service (SaaS) environment.

  • Experience designing partner programmes, including partner tiers, incentives, onboarding frameworks and performance measures.

  • Knowledge of channel sales, technology integrations or ecosystem partnerships, with an understanding of how these models support growth.

  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, commercial reporting tools and data insights to manage partner performance and identify new opportunities.
