Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to own the technical enablement and POC lifecycle across strategic partners like NVIDIA, AMD, WWT, and AI cloud providers. You will design reference architectures, build repeatable deployment guides, and train partner architects and sellers to win deals even when you are not in the room.

This role combines hands-on Kubernetes expertise with executive presence to grow a multi-partner ecosystem and drive production-grade GPU cloud

Qualifications

• Deep Kubernetes cluster architecture, Tenant Isolation, and cloud-native ecosystem mastery incl. vCluster, vNode, vMetal.
• Partner pre-sales experience with OEMs/GSIs/resellers/cloud providers.
• Proven solutions engineering craft: discovery, whiteboarding, demos, and POCs that convert to production.
• Enablement content creation, workshops, labs, or certification paths that drive ongoing partner wins.
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions, including Kubernetes engineers and CIOs.

Responsibilities

• Joint Reference Architectures: design/validate reference architectures with strategic partners, create BOMs, deployment guides, demo environments, benchmarks.
• Partner Enablement: build/deliver technical enablement for partner architects and sellers; train dozens of partners’ centers of excellence.
• Field Enablement: empower internal SEs to engage partners and scale the channel.
• Partner-Led Opportunities: own technical discovery, demos, and POCs for partner-sourced deals with clear success criteria.
• Centers of Excellence: stand up vCluster presence inside partner centers, tied to named customers.
• Ecosystem Navigation: build credibility across 6–8 priority partners with executive sponsors.
