Fully remote, part-time or full-time contract position at a boutique Florida-based law firm composed of ex-large firm attorneys, leveraging leading legal technology in a collaborative and friendly environment.

NOTE: MUST BE FLORIDA-BARRED ATTORNEY, BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)

Role Description:

This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time contract position for an experienced Corporate Counsel or Partner at a respected boutique Florida corporate law firm.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top 50 law school
• Energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice
• FL bar membership is REQUIRED
• Ability to work directly with partners, support deals, collaborate with attorneys and staff, and manage client transactions
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 or other "Big Law" firm
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED
