EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR FLORIDA SENIOR CORPORATE ATTORNEY

Fully remote, part-time or full-time contract position for a South Florida-based boutique law firm composed of ex-large firm attorneys, leveraging leading legal technology and working in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

Note: Must be a Florida-barred attorney, bilingual (English & Spanish).

Role Description:

This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time contract position for an experienced Corporate Counsel or Partner at a highly respected boutique Florida corporate law firm.

Qualifications:

• JD from a Top 50 law school;
• Energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice;
• Florida bar membership is REQUIRED;
• Candidate will work directly with partners, support deals, other attorneys and staff, and have responsibility for managing client transactions;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in international, M&A, private equity, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or other "Big Law" firm;
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED.
