Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape a scalable Partner Engineering Operating Model. You will work with internal teams and external partners to assess processes, identify gaps, and define repeatable, secure ways of working.

Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to succeed across complex integrations. You will drive requirements and workstreams across architecture, security, data governance, and release workflows while adapting to evolving business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience coordinating complex integrations across multiple partners or products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC, cloud concepts, and integration concepts (APIs, test environments).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred is noted in the job specs.

Responsibilities

• Assess current partner onboarding, integration, testing, and support processes to establish a baseline.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and third parties to gather requirements and identify dependencies.
• Define and operationalize a standardized Partner Engineering Operating Model across architecture, security, data governance, release, and support workflows.
• Translate complex needs into clear requirements, priorities, and actionable workstreams.
• Define future-state goals and roadmap to move toward a scalable partner model.
• Lead cross-functional discussions without direct authority and drive progress.
• Support validation, prioritization, and refinement as partner needs evolve.
