Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape a scalable Partner Engineering Operating Model enabling external partners to integrate, test, deploy, and support Epicor-aligned solutions with consistency. You will work across internal teams and partners to identify gaps, dependencies, and define repeatable processes that improve security and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience integrating multiple companies, partners, products, or third-party solutions and managing cross-company dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead discovery conversations with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, cloud concepts, and technical integration concepts such as API gateways, test environments, and test data sets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, products, and processes quickly while navigating ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Assess current partner onboarding, integration, testing, and support processes to establish a baseline of current work.
• Collaborate with ISVs, service partners, channel partners, and other third parties to gather requirements and identify dependencies.
• Define and operationalize a standardized Partner Engineering Operating Model across architecture, security, data governance, identity, release, and support workflows.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into clear requirements, priorities, recommendations, and actionable workstreams.
• Set future-state goals and define the roadmap to move from current processes to a scalable partner model.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive progress without direct authority over an engineering team.
• Support ongoing validation, prioritization, and refinement as partner needs evolve.
