Qualifications

• Portfolio of AI-native work and shipped projects.
• Experience with linear content and interactive workflows.
• Proficiency with creative tools listed (After Effects, Premiere, Houdini, Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity).
• ComfyUI multi-node workflows and custom node development.
• Experience fine-tuning models and training custom LoRAs.
• Python scripting for pipeline development and API integration.
• Exceptional communication skills for advising senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• Nice to have: client-facing technical experience in solutions engineering/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as main technical contact for partners — define requirements, build prototypes, and advise on workflow improvements.
• Design and deploy AI-enhanced solutions integrating LTX capabilities into production pipelines.
• Translate partner needs into internal briefs and identify recurring market opportunities.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Product, Research, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor developments in LTX and the generative AI landscape.
• Support partner-facing operations with creative and technical expertise.
