Position Summary: Under close supervision, the incumbent assists staff, patients, and visitors in enforcing parking rules. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, issuing citations, warnings, and notices, and booting or towing vehicles as needed. Monitors parking areas for safety/security issues and reports activities to UC Health Public Safety or Police.

Success requires completing FBI fingerprinting, possessing essential skills, demonstrating customer service abilities, working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, performing sustained foot patrols, and having at least six months of related experience, preferably in customer service or hospitality. Excellent communication skills in English are required. Employment is contingent upon background checks, a valid California driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to work efficiently and establish effective relationships across the health system is essential.
