Hudson House Capital is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support our advisory team in delivering high-quality financial plans and client-ready analysis. This is a remote role for a senior paraplanner (5+ years’ experience) who can work with minimal oversight across the full planning process.

Location: Remote; candidates based in the United States only. The role emphasizes independent work, meticulous reports, and collaborative budgeting with advisers as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paraplanning or financial planning support experience.
• Excellent written communication for client-facing materials.
• A detail-oriented, self-directed approach — this is a small, senior team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, and investment analysis.
• Build and maintain client cash flow models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare client-ready reports, meeting materials, and recommendations ahead of adviser reviews.
• Maintain accurate client data across planning and portfolio systems.
• Research planning strategies and stay current on relevant regulatory and tax changes.
• Support ad hoc projects as the firm grows.
