Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Paramedic to deliver frontline emergency medical care across the region. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications and IV solutions, and document care accurately while driving EMS vehicles under varying conditions.

This role requires Paramedic certification or an Associate degree in Paramedicine, WI state licensure, and eligibility for other state licenses as applicable.

Qualificações

• Paramedic Certification or an Associate degree in Paramedicine.
• 1-3 years of full-time experience in a 911 system at the paramedic level or in a comprehensive emergency department.
• National Registry preferred within 1 year of hire.
• Certified Community Paramedic preferred within 1 year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Respect patient rights and confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Advocate policies and guidelines.
• Provide accurate and legible documentation of patient care with attention to detail.
• Administer medications and IV solutions safely according to policy.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and adapt to schedule changes.
• Utilize technology for longitudinal patient assessment and data collection.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
