Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health is hiring a Paramedic (EMT-P) to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform interventions, administer medications, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport to facilities.

This role requires Texas paramedic certification, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and PHTLS/ITLS, with strong English communication and the ability to work under high-stress conditions. 24/7 shift availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification in Texas is required.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• PHTLS or ITLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and English language skills are essential.
• Valid Texas driver's license and insurability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day and drive emergency vehicles in all conditions.
• Lead patient assessment, perform advanced interventions, administer medications, and interpret EKGs.
• Ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities and complete patient care reports and billing information.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness, follow policies, and coordinate with Police/Fire/First Responder agencies.
• Demonstrate clinical competency and handle high-stress environments with professionalism.
