Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health in Orange Grove, TX is hiring a Paramedic (EMT P) to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform advanced interventions, administer medications, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport to facilities.

The role requires clinical leadership and the ability to stay composed under stress. Qualified candidates must be a Texas-licensed paramedic with CPR, ACLS, and often PALS; PHTLS/ITLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a paramedic in the State of Texas.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS or ITLS certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day and operates emergency vehicles.
• Assesses patients and provides advanced life support per Medical Director's protocols.
• Documents patient care reports and billing information accurately and timely.
• Interacts with Police, Fire, and First Responder agencies as needed.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• Adheres to department policies, procedures, and driving laws.
