Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a skilled Paramedic to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessments, perform interventions, administer medications, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport to facilities.

You must be a Texas-certified Paramedic with CPR, ACLS, and PALS; PHTLS/ITLS are a plus. The role requires leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to stay composed in high-stress environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Texas paramedic certification.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• PHTLS or ITLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24/7 for transport.
• Provides direct patient care per protocols and Medical Director authorization.
• Interacts with Police, Fire, and First Responder agencies.
• Completes patient care reports and billing information promptly.
• Maintains vehicle and equipment readiness; performs supply checks.
