Responsibilities

• Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases.
• Drafts legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Researches and analyzes statutes and legal sources.
• Interviews clients and witnesses; prepares summaries.
• Prepares, organizes, and stores case files.
• Assists attorneys with trial preparation.
• Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours.
• Organizes and cross-references documents in a database.
• Prepares discovery requests and responses.
• Assists general counsel with special projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
