Responsibilities
Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases.
Drafts legal documents including pleadings and motions.
Researches and analyzes statutes and legal sources.
Interviews clients and witnesses; prepares summaries.
Prepares, organizes, and stores case files.
Assists attorneys with trial preparation.
Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours.
Organizes and cross-references documents in a database.
Prepares discovery requests and responses.
Assists general counsel with special projects.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
