Job summary

Legal Search Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Private Client Services Paralegal to support attorneys in its Trusts & Estates/Wealth Planning practice. The role focuses on drafting and managing estate planning documents, probate filings, and tax return preparations for high‑net‑worth clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of paralegal experience in trusts & estates and demonstrates exceptional organization and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience in trusts & estates or private wealth planning.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Support trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns.
• Prepare trust funding documents, asset transfers, and beneficiary designations.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical client files.
• Track deadlines and manage workflow for assigned matters.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, advisors, accountants, and court personnel.
• Conduct basic legal and factual research.
• Probate litigation support.
