Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or advanced paralegal education
• Talented communicator and writer with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under the supervision of a lawyer
• Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
• Prepare for trial by conducting research, organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and filing motions
• Perform administrative duties and keep the filing system organized for quick document access
• Demonstrate high-level organizational and time-management skills
• BA/ABA-paralegal certification preferred; Bachelor’s degree desired
