Responsibilities

• Provide professional litigation support services including legal and records research, witness interviews, and report preparation.
• Prepare and manage title reviews and deed history summaries.
• Support attorneys in the courtroom by creating exhibit cross-references and screening documents for relevance and privilege.
• Conduct witness interviews and prepare records for deposition; identify and organize case materials and data.
• Develop charts, graphs, and tables to illustrate results; analyze data to support case litigation.
