Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a Senior Paralegal to support state and federal litigation from initiation through discovery, hearings, trial and post-trial proceedings. Under attorney supervision, you will coordinate discovery, filings and deadlines, and guide junior staff, with a minimum annual billing requirement of 1,600 hours.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (ABA Paralegal Certification preferred) and at least five years of related experience, with strong Relativity/ECF skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ABA Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive litigation paralegal experience.

Responsibilities

• Support complex litigation in state and federal courts.
• Organize and manage client files and pleadings.
• Coordinate workflow for paralegals and assistants.
• Cite check, blue book, and proofread pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare filings in state and federal courts and ensure rule compliance.
• Review client files and assist in discovery investigations.
• Coordinate discovery and document production activities.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation.
• Draft letters and memos; manage data entry in litigation databases.
• Perform legal research and maintain case chronology.
