Job summary

CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Trade Legal group, drafting and redlining contracts and reviewing documents for attorney review.

The role requires 3+ years of paralegal contract experience, strong Word/Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex agreements with attention to detail, confidentiality and deadlines. Healthcare PBM/pharma familiarity preferred; full-time with competitive benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal contract support or contract interpretation experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial documents from template forms or create originals (contracts, letters, settlements, etc.).
• Review contracts from internal departments, incorporate revisions, and ensure standard language.
• Work with, interpret and understand documents including red-lines.
• Read contracts and ensure version control and proper filing on legal drives.
• Draft new/alternative contract language and settlement documents for attorney review.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities with attention to deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to balance workloads.
