Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a paralegal role within a law firm or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review, Negotiation, and Management: draft and negotiate contracts, maintain a contract library and track obligations and deadlines.
• Commercial Real Estate Management: assist with lease reviews and negotiations for roughly 60 locations and housing for seasonal workers.
• Compliance and Legal Research Support: provide research on employment/HR, immigration, OSHA, safety, licensing.
• Insurance Claims and Litigation Management: assist with claims and litigation support.
• Special Projects and Executive Administrative Support: lead research and multi-disciplinary projects for General Counsel/CEO.
