Avrek Law, a prominent personal injury firm, seeks a skilled paralegal for our Arizona office to support litigation team on complex injury cases, including conservatorships and guardianships.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational and writing skills, and familiarity with Arizona court procedures; will manage cases from intake through resolution and coordinate with clients and courts.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Hands-on experience with conservatorships/guardianships, preferably in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of Arizona court procedures and filing requirements.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial.
• Prepare, file, and track conservatorship and guardianship pleadings.
• Coordinate with probate and superior courts regarding conservatorship matters.
• Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement packages.

We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm based in California and are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to support our litigation team in our Arizona office! Our practice includes complex injury cases involving minors and incapacitated adults, requiring close coordination with probate and superior courts.
The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support on personal injury matters, with a strong emphasis on conservatorships and guardianships. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing sensitive cases from intake through resolution.
