Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of law firm paralegal experience.
• Commercial real estate and law firm experience required.
• Spanish speaking is required.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare and maintain closing checklist.
• Support aspects of lending transactions.
• Perform Due Diligence.
• Prepare/Draft documents to satisfy title requirements.
• Perform title survey and zoning verification.
• Issue policies and endorsements.
• Conduct research and analysis of real estate and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts, leases, closing documents, LOIs, and corporate filings.
• Coordinate real estate closings.
• Manage post-closing matters and ensure proper execution.
• Maintain and organize legal files and confidentiality.
• Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on real estate and corporate law amendments.
