Job summary

Horizon Services is seeking a Senior Paralegal to serve as the operational backbone of its Legal, Risk & Compliance team. You will own matters from intake to resolution with direct GC guidance, focusing on claims, litigation, and risk management across multi-state operations.

You will collaborate with TPAs, carriers, brokers, and defense counsel, supporting insurance programs, contracts, leases, and compliance initiatives. This is a remote East Coast role offering substantial ownership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience with claims and litigation management.
• Experience supporting corporate risk management and insurance programs.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto, general liability and workers' compensation claims from intake to resolution.
• Support litigation with counsel, calendars, discovery, and materials preparation.
• Assist with risk management, insurance program support, and contract/lease processes.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and the Board.
