Horizon Services seeks a Senior Paralegal to anchor its Legal, Risk & Compliance function. You will own matters from intake to resolution with direction from the General Counsel, focusing on claims and litigation management across multiple states and entities.

You will coordinate with TPAs, carriers, and defense counsel, support insurance programs and contract/lease administration, and drive standardized processes and data reporting for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience, in-house or defense-side, with substantial claims and litigation management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing auto/fleet, general liability and/or workers' compensation claims, including litigated claims.
• Experience supporting corporate risk management, including insurance programs, COIs and contractual risk transfer.

Responsabilités

• Manage auto, general liability and workers' compensation claims across multi-state, multi-entity field services business.
• Handle litigation matters with GC and outside counsel, tracking strategy, deadlines and exposure.
• Support the corporate insurance program, renewals, underwriting submissions and policy tracking.
• Run contract intake, maintain templates and the contract repository, and draft routine agreements.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
