Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant experience in a law firm, legal department, or legal services firm
• Proficiency with PACER and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain client-supplied legal materials and deadlines
• Prepare concise summaries of depositions and discovery materials
