D2B is seeking a Senior Para-Broker to join our Australian lending team. The role requires extensive mortgage broking experience, ownership of complex files, and direct interaction with clients and lenders across residential, investment, and construction lending.

The successful candidate will operate on a fully remote basis, aligned with Australian business hours, and contribute to systems and workflow improvements while mentoring offshore teammates as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ Australian mortgage broking experience, ideally as a Senior Para-Broker, Senior Credit Analyst or experienced Loan Processor.
• Strong understanding of the complete Australian mortgage process from client discovery through to settlement.
• Demonstrated experience managing files with minimal supervision.
• Strong credit analysis and lender policy knowledge.
• Experience with complex residential lending scenarios.
• Construction lending, self-employed borrowers and investment lending experience.
• Confidence dealing directly with Australian clients, lenders, BDMs and credit assessors.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Loan Ownership from initial enquiry to settlement support.
• Take ownership of files and drive stages without waiting for the Director.
• Review client circumstances, documentation and borrowing requirements.
• Prepare and structure lending applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive file notes and ensure compliance.
• Follow up documentation and lender requirements.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout their lending journey.
• Analyze scenarios and recommend practical lending solutions.
• Research lender policies and determine appropriate strategies.
