Job summary

D2B is seeking a proactive Parabroker to join our Australian asset finance team. You will manage finance applications from approval through to settlement and coordinate with lenders, clients, and third parties.

The ideal candidate has experience in Australian financial services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple files with minimal supervision using finance systems, lender portals, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous Australian financial services experience is required.
• Experience supporting lending/finance applications from approval to settlement.
• Understanding of finance documentation, lending processes and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with finance systems, lender portals, CRM, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance applications from approval through to settlement.
• Request and follow up on required client documentation.
• Prepare and send initial requirements and settlement documentation.
• Coordinate settlements with lenders and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update client files in finance systems and portals.
• Monitor progress and proactively move files forward.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Support the Business Owner with backend operations.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties to facilitate settlements.
• Keep accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the lending process.
• Leverage Australian asset/finance knowledge to support the workflow.
