Bank of America is seeking a senior security leader to advance privileged access management adoption across enterprise applications and platforms. You will drive governance, delivery discipline, and scalable execution while partnering with security, development, and infrastructure teams.

The role requires deep IAM/PAM expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate security requirements into scalable technical implementations across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading security/IAM/PAM in large enterprise.
• Deep knowledge of CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and secrets management.
• Ability to work with development teams and APIs.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
• Ability to review designs for security alignment.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of CyberArk and Vault across application portfolios.
• Develop onboarding plans, roadmaps, and milestones to accelerate adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across application, infrastructure, security, product, and platform teams.
• Track metrics, risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure execution discipline.
• Partner with application teams to design vault-aware solutions aligned to security standards.
