Job summary

You will lead onboarding of accounts, conduct root cause analysis, and drive improvements through collaboration with internal teams and vendors, while training staff on PAM best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on CyberArk Privilege Cloud experience in enterprise settings.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• University degree in Business or IT or equivalent certifications (CyberArk CDE, Guardian, Defender).
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments while collaborating in teams.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with sound judgment and initiative.
• Flexible with scheduling to support global operations.
• Experience with scripting, cloud environments, and SIEM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within PAM, ensuring security and compliance.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution for privileged sessions.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts and policies.
• Identify security risks and provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Lead onboarding of accounts and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create documentation and train staff on PAM use cases and SOPs.
