Job summary

Moderna is seeking a seasoned Privileged Access Management expert to own the CyberArk platform across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will work with engineering, security, and governance teams to design, implement, and enhance PAM controls and onboarding of privileged accounts.

In this role, you will advance IAM capabilities, build automation, and ensure regulatory alignment while supporting 24x7 operations and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the technology field, with 4-6+ years in identity and access management
• 3+ years with CyberArk and Privileged Cloud technologies incl. account/safe management
• Hands-on with CyberArk's secret management technologies (Credential Provider, Secrets Hub, Conjur)
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methods; strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own Moderna’s Privileged Access Management program and CyberArk platform
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CyberArk environments across cloud and on‑prem
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable PAM designs
• Lead CyberArk onboarding of privileged accounts and document standards
• Develop end‑user docs, knowledge articles, and training materials
• Collaborate with DevOps, sysadmin, security, governance teams on PAM alignment
• Review and enhance PAM policies, controls, and incident response readiness
• Stay current on IAM trends and regulatory requirements
