Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced PAM Architect to design and implement enterprise Privileged Access Management solutions with a focus on CyberArk. You will lead architecture, vaulting, and credential management across complex environments.

You will define policies, isolation strategies, and session controls while collaborating with cybersecurity, identity, and infrastructure teams. On-site work in Washington, DC is required; active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management architecture or related cybersecurity roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise PAM solutions focused on CyberArk to secure privileged accounts across the enterprise.
• Architect CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, and credential rotation engines for secure vaulting and automated password management.
• Define privileged access policies, session controls, and isolation strategies for enterprise security objectives.
• Develop onboarding and migration models for privileged accounts and service accounts.
• Integrate PAM workflows with identity lifecycle processes and authentication systems.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support operational readiness and continuous improvement of PAM controls and platform performance.
