Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a CyberArk engineer to support privileged access management in controlled data environments. You will configure Vault, CPM, PSM, rotate policies, onboard privileged accounts, and monitor sessions.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, active Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and on-site work in Washington, DC. Collaboration with cybersecurity, infra, and application teams is essential.

Certification in CyberArk and experience in regulated environments are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall Cybersecurity experience.
• CyberArk engineering in PAM or related role.
• Experience configuring CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, and rotation policies.
• Onboarding privileged accounts and credential lifecycle management.
• Troubleshooting CyberArk platform issues and session anomalies.
• Maintaining audit logs, compliance docs, and access controls in regulated environments.
• Understanding privileged access security and secure authentication workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute CyberArk engineering activities in PAM within Controlled Data Environments.
• Configure and support CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, plugins, and rotation policies.
• Onboard privileged accounts and service accounts, enforce credential lifecycle controls, and monitor sessions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, connector errors, and session anomalies.
• Maintain audit logs, compliance documentation, and access controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support integration with identity and security platforms for secure workflows.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and app teams to sustain PAM solutions.
• Provide technical support, operational readiness, and continuous improvement for CyberArk.
