Job summary

ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Paleontologist, to join our Cultural and Paleontological Resources Services team in the US. This senior role provides technical leadership, project management, and mentorship while helping clients navigate paleontological and cultural resource challenges across North America.

You will lead investigations, QA/QC deliverables, mentor staff, and contribute to proposals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in Paleontology, Geology, Earth Sciences, Biology, Anthropology, Archaeology or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in paleontological resources (10+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of NEPA and related environmental review requirements.
• Leadership, project management, and communication skills essential.
