Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Certification with man lift and bucket truck is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all aspects of the Painting Department.
  • Schedule, track, and report department work orders using the physical plant computer.
  • Estimate material and labor costs for painting projects.
  • Manage costs to keep them within budget.
  • Provide color and paint-type guidance for projects.
  • Supervise painting operations and maintain campus signage.
  • Ensure safety training and compliance for staff.
