Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, and own the 90‑day roadmap and client communications. Remote work across Canada, South Africa or the USA is supported.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
