You’ll strategize, monitor performance, update clients on progress, and prepare kickoff documents and rolling reports. We value clear communication, organization, independent work, and using AI tools to accelerate insights and optimization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Slides/Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA or HubSpot Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Support senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource across departments.
