Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to continue an agency journey, managing a portfolio of clients, executing campaigns, and coordinating with cross-disciplinary colleagues to drive success. The role rewards critical thinkers blending creativity with analysis.

You’ll develop your pay-per-click mastery, leverage AI-enabled tooling, and collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiar with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
